Overview

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive  a notification with shipping information when your order has shipped. 

All orders are shipped through USPS and therefore, may have additional delays due to high volume of orders or postal service problems.  In the event of delays within our control, we will notify you.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipping is free for order over $75.00

Local delivery or In-store pickup

We do not currently offer local delivery and/or pickup at this point.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at random.reflections.ca@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
